Community Involvement

If you represent a non-profit organization interested in donations, sponsorship or involvement by Surf Sweets, please complete our Community Involvement Form below. Each request is subject to our team-review and must adhere to our requirements. Please allow several weeks for a response. 

Requirements
In order to be considered for a donation your group must be a registered non-profit, charitable organization with current 501(c)(3) status and located in Utah. We accept only online applications. No phone calls please. We provide in-kind donations only.

You must pick up any donated product at our factory in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Please submit requests 60 days in advance of your event. We receive many requests for donations each month, and will try our best to respond to everyone. We can't guarantee we can fulfill your request. You will be notified only when we can fulfill your request.

Please do not apply for a donation if you represent: A school, PTA or PTO, A fraternal, athletic or social club, Scouting group, Church or religious organization, Political party or campaign.
